Caught on camera: Man pushes 52-year-old onto subway tracks in New York

A man pushed a 52-year-old onto the train tracks at a subway station in New York City in the US on June 5. The police have initiated a probe into the matter.

In a video posted by the New York Police Department, a man can be seen pushing a 52-year-old woman onto the tracks at a train station in New York City in the US.

The incident occurred at approximately 4.40 pm local time on June 5 at Westchester & Jackson Ave subway station.

The woman suffered injuries to her head and arm. The police confirmed her injuries were not serious.

Meanwhile, the suspect is still at large and the police have offered up to USD 3,500 for information on the suspect.

The video was posted by a Twitter handle called NYPD Crime Stoppers, which is used by the police to ask citizens for help in identifying suspects of crimes.
