Sidhu Moose Wala murder: Another sharpshooter nabbed by Punjab cops

The Punjab Police nabbed another sharpshooter in the murder case of singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala.

Another sharpshooter has been nabbed by the Punjab Police in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case.

Another sharpshooter, identified as Harkamal Ranu of the Bathinda district, has been nabbed by the Punjab Police in connection with the murder of singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala.

This comes after the police arrested another sharpshooter named Keshav on Thursday. Singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in his car on May 29.

Keshav was seen with Sandeep Singh, alias Kekda, on May 29. Sandeep Singh had clicked a selfie with the Punjabi singer-politician minutes before his murder and was arrested by Punjab Police earlier. He helped Keshav conduct a recce of Moose Wala's home and nearby areas on May 29.

Keshav is accused of providing weapons to the assassins. The police have also arrested his associate Chetan.

Sidhu Moose Wala had contested the Punjab assembly election earlier this year on a Congress ticket from Mansa and was defeated by AAP candidate Vijay Singla by a huge margin of 63,000 votes. Vijay Singla was recently sacked by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann over charges of corruption.
